2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

• No previous account of yours has been banned by baa88.
• You are playing under your own name and using your own funds, not on behalf of someone else.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform voluntarily.

baa88 may at any time request proof of age and identity from members for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration & Security

Creating an account on baa88 is a straightforward process, but providing accurate and truthful information is essential.

3.1 Registration Information

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Creating an account using another person's personal information is strictly prohibited and is punishable.

3.2 Password & Login Security

• Your account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify baa88 support immediately.
• baa88 will not be responsible for misuse of an account if it results from the member's own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on baa88 are completely safe and convenient. We support Bangladesh's popular payment methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Only deposits from an account registered in your own name are accepted; third-party payments will not be accepted.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Example of how the bonus works:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.
• If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) and your total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they are usable for playing games only.
• Specific game categories may apply for using a bonus.
• If evidence of any fraudulent activity is found, the bonus may be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits

baa88 has four VIP levels. Members can move up levels based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

6 Gaming Rules

Following certain rules is mandatory on baa88 to ensure a fair and impartial gaming environment.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games and betting are conducted with fairness ensured. Any manipulation or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
• Automated betting software or bots may not be used.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage will be considered fraud.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) and various other sports including football and kabaddi.
• Betting using match-fixing or information obtained through unauthorized methods is prohibited.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with policy.

6.3 Casino Games

• Live casino, slots, and fishing games must be played according to the designated rules.

• Being a minor or using a minor's information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards baa88 staff.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, submit a request through support. You may withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed (subject to meeting wagering requirements).

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the baa88 website and platform — logos, designs, text, game software, graphics — is the intellectual property of baa88 or its licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without the express written permission of baa88 is prohibited.
• baa88's trademarks, logos, or brand names may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering of the game software is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

baa88 will not be held liable in the following cases:
